Handle inbound calls from the customers

Identify the need of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution.

Maintain good customer relations.

Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

Maintain records of the conversations with customer and analyze the date.

Excellent communication skill, versant level 5 must.

Six days working 1 rotational week-off, + hours shift.

Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. Customer service/Hospitality (front Desk) /International calling experience / Telecom /D2H /calling / Tele caller / Tele sales /Collections).

Typing test - 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy

Salary : Graduate (6 - 11 months work expr) - 3.20lacs, graduate ( 12 months plus work expr) - 3.50lacs.
