Since 2011, Gillson has been providing top-notch transportation services across the United States. Based in Stockton, CA what started as a one-truck operation, has now grown to a fleet of two-hundred safe and well-maintained asset-based trucks. We specialize in refrigerated FTL transportation, with expertise in hauling consumer goods.

The Gillson team is expanding! We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Individuals in this role are responsible for tracking each truck regularly as it moves from its origin to its destination along the suggested route. They coordinate with the truck driver, planers, Brokers and senior authorities to update real-time information on the system by call, email or text.
• Follow up on the location of the truck in real-time.
• Requires the individual to work well with his/her team and achieve joint goals.
• Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks within scheduled time limits.
• The individual should be able to maintain high concentration levels throughout his/her shift.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or diploma holder.
Required skills: Teamwork, Leadership, Problem-solving abilities, and Interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a Customer Support function environment is highly desired
