Position Title: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end service support to our customers.
Attend to customer queries, issues and grievances over phone, email live chat.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
Proactively engage with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
Meet the high standards of professional conduct, turnaround time and accuracy set by the team
Requirements:
5.5 days working.
Salary – 20k to 27k CTC.
