We are looking to hire a Customer service team to support our USA (or global) customer inquiries via multiple channels (e-mails, voice, chats, other value-added methods) and deliver customer delight.
Required Candidate profile
• Rotational shift 24*7
• Location - Pune
• Excellent English communication
• 5 Days working
Educational Qualification requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (in any specialization) from the reputed colleges/university
Experience requirement:
• Experience in Product Based Customer Service (Technical and Non-technical) – US/UK Preferred
