Responsibilities:
- To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services.
- To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and adjust the same according to the specific individuals.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients over the phone.
- Data Mining Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
- Creating and sending email campaigns.
- Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Participating in Industrial Exhibitions, Events, and other publicity events.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up to date on our products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Support executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
