Our client – is a very well known player in the US and Latin American market for telecommunications as well as wireless communication. The expectations which we have from individuals whom we hire:
• Good communication skills – written English
• To be able to understand the customer query and provide the optimum resolution and at the same time upsell other products/services of the client
• The term “customer” would describe someone who would wish to avail services of the client or require help with a service of the client which he/she might have purchased
• Patience – a key aspect of the job. Customers may not always be tech savvy and might take their own time to articulate their query
• Confidence – Sales is all about convincing a potential customer to go in for the value added service offered by the client
• Retention – It is very important to be aware of the policies laid down by the client and also be aware of any product updates which come from the client. Effectively, absorbing and retaining content delivered throughout the training period and also being able to clear assessments conducted during that particular period
• Flexibility – Individuals for now should be flexible to work in a permanent night shift – 11:30 pm to 8:30 am IST window with 2 rotational weekly offs
• Multitasking – Individuals would be expected to work on multiple queries at the same point of time, which would demand a very high level of multi-tasking
Salary:
Local candidates: 17.5k – 21.5k CTC + employee benefits + performance based incentives + night shift allowances
Outstation candidates: 15.5k – 18.5k CTC + employee benefits + performance based incentives + night shift allowances
