The job involves customer service work in an ecommerce company in Naraina, Delhi. You will be responsible for:
• Handling customer queries on calls, mails chats
• Placing outgoing calls to customer for follow up
• Other customer service related tasks
• Daily processes management

Requirements:
• Graduate/Diploma in any field
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic knowledge of computer
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word etc.)
• Ability to understand and reply to emails promptly professionally

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
