Job description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive (CCE) to assist with debt collection and to maintain administrative functions within our organization. The CCE will contact clients to inform them of their debts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure payments are made as soon as possible. In addition, the CCE should perform the administrative functions listed below.
To be a successful CCE, you should have excellent communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills, as well as attention to detail. A skilled CCE should be able to reduce company losses by encouraging customers to pay their past-due bills.
Responsibilities:
Administrative functions:
· Taking Ledgers from Tally
· Downloading outstanding report from Tally
· Loading in Invoices and Ledger into Sales System
· Complete POs in Sales System
· Complete Payment and Credit Notes in Sales System
Collection functions :
· Reviewing the company debtor list.
· Organizing weekly meetings with each Salesperson on Collections and Debtor updates
· Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
· Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
· Negotiating suitable payment plans.
· Maintaining customer payment records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
