A leading BPO is looking for:
Position: Customer Care Associates (UK Voice Process)
Posting: Cochin, Kerala
No. of positions: 6
Education: +2 and above
Experience: Any Fresher or Experience candidate.
Language: Must have Excellent communication skill in English. Must have to understand and communicate in UK accent English.
Salary- Up to 20kpm
Saturday and Sunday off
Indian holidays are not applicable
Only UK bank holidays are applicable
Key responsibilities:
Handling telephone email enquiries from UK residents
Resolving customer questions and billing queries over the phone/email from UK residents
Managing residential debts across our utility schemes and negotiating repayment plans.
Generating issuing utility usage bills to UK residents as per our contractual arrangement with the client.
Setting up new customer accounts from new site activation and day to day tenancy
changes – followed up with issuing Introduction letters, Welcome Packs D/D mandates and billing.
Processing of bank transfer payments onto customer accounts
Key Skills and Competences:
Essential:
Excellent telephone manner
Experience handling telephone enquiries from clients
Experience in client account management
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to resolve queries and disputes with clients and suppliers
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail
Desirable:
Previous experience working with utility suppliers
Experience of working with multi-site accounts
