The sales of the retail store depends on how well the customers are greeted when they enter the store and how are

they made to select the apparel of their choice from those that are displayed. The CCAs provide the proper experience

to the customers, and they also have to deal with the visual merchandisers for proper display at the stores, maintain

the inventory check, and have to report to the store manager providing him all the details of the store.

The challenges faced by the CCAs currently are:

 Long standing hours, leaves and no weekly off in certain cases

 Housekeeping staff does not agree with the staff in certain cases

 Compa-ratio is less than 1 in the case of CCAs due to the presence of foreign brands

 Some customers are really rude, some come just for recreational/ window shopping

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹+,7+0.03 - ₹2+,674.0+ per month
