Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)


To ensure that customer needs are catered to in the Retail outlet.


Key Roles and Responsibilities


Financial

Responsible for achieving sales target
Keeping track of daily expense within own area of work, to ensure cost is kept under control


Customer Oriented

Assisting customer in the selection and purchase of product
Highlighting special promotions to customers
Handling customer complaint in professional and diplomatic manner, escalating to ROI when required


People Oriented

Collaborating with Helpers to meet the sales target


Internal Business Process

Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy at all times
Keeping merchandise in an orderly and neat fashion
Checking the inventory listing with actual stock and sharing discrepancy with the ROI
