Customer Care and AP|AR Manager
With an understanding of the educational sector, the Customer Care and AP/AR Manager provides, effective leadership and mentoring to a team of four, ensuring they exceed stakeholder expectations.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
Managing skills, capabilities and staffing levels of the customer care team
Ensuring all compliance requirements are implemented and met
Ensuring all customer care processes reflect the organisation’s requirements and services
Maintaining the Training Centre and Office environments to a professional standard
Working with the Learning Development Manger to implement courses on Canvas (LMS)
Managing accounts receivable/payable (including payment run))
Processing month end accruals, fixed assets and other financial functions as required.
