• Coordinate with Branches for receivables list for calling
• Devise calling payment schedule plans as per the pending payments
• Establish initial communication with the customers for collections through mails / phone calls
• Negotiating/finalizing resolution deals
• Ensuring issuance of receipts on receiving the outstanding payments
• Maintaining data of all the transactions with respect to payment collection outstanding in the system
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
• Coordination with the customers for loan processing, documentation
Skills Required:
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in working on advanced level MS-Excel
• Strong Organizational and time management skills
• Must be self-managed, responsive dedicated to customer support.
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner
• Proactive Techno savvy
• Preferred experience in Customer care for collections for Credit card/ loans recovery
