Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers managing database of leads allocation Improvement and quality assurance programs

1) Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.
2) Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries.
3) Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email.
4) Semi Voice process.

Salary :
Fresher - up to 16-20k
Experience - up to 22-30k
Shift :US/UK Should be flexible with rotational Shift
Qualification:
10th, 12th, Graduate
Industry: BPO customer service ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO.
Required Experience:
Fresher/1 Year experience in International Call center
