You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers through in-person interactions, text messages, emails, and social media direct messages

Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive account management
Respond promptly to customer inquiries during consultations, online communication, or phone calls
Generate estimates and invoices based on client specifications
Collect payments for orders using Square POS system and Square Invoicing software
Provide expert guidance on graphic design, considering image quality and required file formats
Create project briefs for graphic design, illustration, and animation teams
Offer exceptional after-sale support, including information on new products and services
Communicate with internal teams regarding order status, customer requests, and other relevant information
Utilize task management software to track and maintain data for each order
Hours: Monday-Friday +:30am to 6:00pm

Our offerings encompass graphic design, animation, and printing for packaging, stickers, and other custom merchandise.
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers through in-person interactions, text messages, emails, and social media direct messages. Additionally, you will work with a diverse range of new and existing customers to increase sales of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employ effective sales strategies to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive account management.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries during consultations, online communication, or phone calls.
• Generate estimates and invoices based on client specifications.
• Collect payments for orders using Square POS system and Square Invoicing software.
