Creative Lead/ Graphic Design Lead

Our mission is to provide high-quality products and services tailored to the educational sector's unique needs. This is a full-time in office role for a Design Team Lead located in Kharadi, Pune. The Design Team Lead will oversee the product design process, manage design projects, and lead a team of designers. The role includes delegating tasks, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining design quality. The Design Team Lead will also engage in effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills

Proficient in Project Management

Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team toward achieving goals

Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or related field

Detailed knowledge of Adobe suit and similar designing softwares
