Role Objective:
To support Knight Gourmet in building exceptional menus, food stories, and presentation formats that align with the brand’s premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Curate menus aligned to event themes and audience preferences
• Develop innovative presentation formats (live counters, grazing tables, etc.)
• Collaborate on food styling, tastings, and final decks for pitches
• Work closely with the ops team to ensure feasibility of creative vision
• Lead RD for seasonal, regional, and health-forward culinary innovations
• Build strong vendor base across the country, conduct quality and execution audits
Ideal Profile:
• 5+ years as a chef or culinary consultant with premium event exposure
• Flair for styling, presentation, and concept curation
• Strong understanding of regional and international cuisines
• Works well on a project-based model with flexibility
