• 2 years of relevant experience
• Should be Client Service oriented
• Good Written Verbal communication as the associates will be part of the calls with the end client and BU every week, and they will be expected to speak for their respective areas.
• Excellent analytical decision making skills
• Night Shift - Should be able to work in late shifts such as +PM-5AM or 10PM-6AM IST Shifts
• Flexibility - Should be flexible with shifts especially on payroll days as the days could be longer depending on the client payroll.

Qualification: BCOM/MCOM or any Non-Tech graduate
