We are a leading independent practice in York, having a significant presence in Yorkshire, as a long established, yet growing accountancy, tax and business advisory firm
Role overview
Working within our tax departments, you will have the opportunity to work on wide ranging complex compliance with increasing involvement in tax planning, in a role and environment where you can progress your career. Duties will include:
Preparing Corporation Tax computations and supporting tax returns
Preparation of forms CT61 and P11D’s
Formulative effective remuneration strategies for clients
Dealing with HMRC enquiries
Building and maintaining client relationships
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Person specification / Academic requirements
You will be ATT qualified or part ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified with a corporate tax compliance background. Full study support will be provided to complete studies, where relevant.
Working arrangements
The working week: 35 hours per week, to be worked from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Location: Heritage House, Murton Way, Osbaldwick, York YO19 5UW
Remuneration and benefits
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience
31 days holiday (including bank holidays) whilst study support is provided. 36 days holiday (including bank holidays) once studies are completed
