Profile:- Corporate Sales – Assistant Manager
Experience:- 4 + year
CTC:- upto 10 lpa (depends on interview)
Location:-Gurugram
Working Days :-6 Days (2nd Saturday off)
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate effective sales strategies that meet organizational objectives and align with current market trends.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities in the hospitality sector.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales activities and client engagement.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management review, providing insights and recommendations for future sales strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience: A minimum of 4 – 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
