Roles and Responsibilities –
ü Job Posting in various Portals Shortlisting of CV’s.
ü Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates
ü Update resume formatting to make it presentable
ü sourcing candidates
ü Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
ü Screening resumes
ü Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
ü Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
ü Following up on the interview process status
ü Maintaining relationships with both internal Stake holders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
ü Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
ü Completing timely reports/trackers on employment activity.
Requirements –
ü Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills
ü Excellent time management and organizational skills
ü Solid verbal and written communication skills
ü Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
ü Effective time-management abilities
ü Flexible to work from office
Salary – Negotiable
Experience – 0-6 month ,Fresher
