Job Description
We are seeking eDiscovery Analyst to fill twenty positions. They are comfortable with data importing, exporting, processing, manipulation, and analysis. They will build and improve tools to efficiently automate data analysis and/or manipulation tasks. As an eDiscovery Analyst, they will also face clients for specific requests, too.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage/perform the technical aspects of the relevant processes for matters including (but not limited to) Electronic Evidence Discovery, file and data conversion, Data loading, Import-Export, OCR and image/data manipulation.
• Design and scope of the technical workflow to client requests
• Relativity uploads
• eDiscovery Data Processing
• Keyword search
• Near-duplicate/email threading
• Data/file manipulation task
• Complicated data migration and cleanup, or any complex analytical data and file manipulation task
• Liaise with the eDiscovery Manager to ensure that appropriate resources are available to process clients requests within the agreed timeframes.
• Scripting and database operations
Required skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Delivering goals in a changing environment
• Ability to follow through in a timely manner with all set tasks
• ******** understanding of industry-supported databases with database management experience
• Able to query and manipulate data using Access, SQL and other database tools

Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Management
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating
• Maintain contract templates and assist with contract administration
2. Corporate Governance

• Prepare and file corporate documents, annual reports, and state qualifications

3. Legal Research

• Draft and review legal documents, including resolutions, certificates, and agreements
• Prepare board and shareholder materials
5. Compliance
• Assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal requirements
6. Intellectual Property
• Assist with trademark and patent portfolio management
• Support IP filings and maintenance
7. Litigation Support
Provide assistance with various aspects of litigation, including discovery and document management
8. Legal Operations
• Manage legal software and tools, including contract management systems
• Organize and maintain legal files and records
• Assist with the engagement and management of outside counsel
+. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work effectively with various departments, including sales, finance, and operations
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external parties
10. Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate various legal activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or relevant legal education preferred
• 1+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong knowledge of US corporate law and legal procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
