• Design and develop menus for all Pasta Street restaurants.
• Oversee and manage the culinary operations of our chain of Italian restaurants.
• Ensure that all dishes meet the company's standards for taste, presentation, and quality.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain culinary excellence.
Requirements

- More than 10 years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.

- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create and innovate dishes.

- Proven track record of managing multiple restaurants.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Good understanding of food costing and budgeting.
