The Buzz Media Company is seeking a motivated and creative Jr. Copywriter to join our dynamic team.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with our creative professionals to craft persuasive and engaging copy for a variety of media platforms. Your words will be the driving force behind our clients' brand narratives and marketing campaigns, helping them connect with their target audiences effectively.

Your work should capture the attention of those who see it and communicate the right message. For this, we need a person, who has a creative flair and a strong ability to translate creative briefs/requirements into copy. Along with this, we want a disciplined and accountable professional, who understands the importance of deadlines and commitments.

If you can write well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to speak to you.

Mode: In Office, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, N. Delhi, 110017

Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, target audiences, and messaging objectives.

2. Interpret creative briefs to develop clear and concise copy that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.

3. Write and edit copy for various mediums, including but not limited to, social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print materials.

4. Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and calls to action that resonate with the intended audience.

5. Revise and refine copy based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

6. Ensure all copy is accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand guidelines.

7. Collaborate with visualizers, art directors, and other team members to integrate copy seamlessly into visual assets.

8. Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging best practices in copywriting.

Key Requirements:

1. Demonstrated passion for and understanding of effective copywriting techniques.

2. A portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples that demonstrate versatility and creativity.

3. Excellent command of the English language with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

4. Ability to distill complex concepts into simple and engaging language.

5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas and unique angles.

6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit your work.

7. Familiarity with digital and social media platforms and their unique writing requirements.

8. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team and receive constructive feedback.

10. Ability to incorporate AI tools into your workflow to enhance productivity.
