JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Copywriter/Creative Strategist- Executive responsible to write and edit copy for a variety of projects (including web, all social media platforms etc), working closely with the accounts and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging.

Ultimately, delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to brand audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating with the marketing and design team to carry out project scoping and create a clear brief, in order to ensure client requirements.
• Research the client's industry and their audience (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
• Write clear marketing copy/creative content in terms of pitch and post copies, case study content etc to promote the products/services.
• Assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
• Brainstorming with the Account Manager/ Sales team to develop a pipeline of creatives for brand campaigns.
• Presenting the entire creative plan for any campaign or narrating any script to clients on any brand.
• Providing visual direction to the graphic design team on any idea or concept that comes from your team.
• Deliver end results of the project and creatives to the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 0-2 years of experience in copywriting.
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
• Be completely up-to-date and aware of all developments in your field, as well as fully updated with news or online trends.
• Experience doing research using multiple sources.
• The organizational ability to manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines.

SKILLS:
• Required skills: Copywriting, scriptwriting, proofreading, creative visualization, team management, campaign planning, blogging, and webpage content writing.

EDUCATION:
• Must be a graduate.
