Copywriter
Role and Responsibility
• Lead and manage the creative process for various marketing and advertising campaigns, from
concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality and innovative visual solutions
that meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account
executives, to develop creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that align with client goals
and brand guidelines.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior art directors and designers, guiding their
professional growth and development.
• Develop and present creative concepts and designs to clients, and effectively communicate
and justify design decisions and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply
them to creative work to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with external vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and printers, to ensure
the successful execution of creative projects.
• Work closely with account executives to understand client needs and requirements, and
provide strategic input to help achieve client goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Art and Design
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio, with a strong
portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.
• Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing visual concepts and designs across various
media, including print, digital, social media, and video
