Cook/Prep
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling sandwiches
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
