About the role
Job Title: Cook / Driver - Full uk licence essential
School Location: Based from Aldridge School, Cooking and then driving the food to Ryders Hayes Primary, Serving, clearning away and driving back
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts Working hours: 8am-2pm (30 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Pay Details: £13.00 per hour
What will I be doing?
• Woking at the secondary school, cooking the primary meals, transfering into hotboxes, driving to the primary school, serving and clearning away and returning to the secondary school.
• Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
• Includes some counter service / till work
• Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
We’re not going to bore you with a long list of empty adjectives, we want one simple thing: awesome people to help us feed more children better food.
We’re open to people from all industry backgrounds, in fact, we pride ourselves on having restaurant-quality chefs in our secondary schools. We’re not in the business of making school food, we’re here to make good food, after all, that’s why our clients and customers love us!
