We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Decorating Division and drive operational efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects. Project Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources to projects, ensuring timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Subcontractor Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with subcontractors, effectively coordinating their involvement across projects to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and consistent quality.
Quality Customer Service : Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and are completed to the highest standards.
