Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Establishing and maintaining editorial guidelines that ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content - this includes setting standards for tone, style, grammar, and spelling
2. Reviewing and editing content submitted by writers, making sure that it meets the editorial standards you have established
3. Creating and managing content calendars that establish timelines and deadlines for content creation, editing, and publication
4. Managing a team of writers and assigning projects, reviewing work, and providing feedback
5. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, design, and social media, to ensure that content aligns with the company's overall messaging and goals
6. Conducting research on topics and conducting interviews to ensure that the content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
7. Analyzing performance to determine the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the content is fresh, relevant, and engaging
