Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Conduct in-depth research and develop high-quality written content on various topics as required by the company.
• Write clear, concise, and error-free content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, and social media posts.
• Liaise with team members to gather insights and incorporate feedback into content.
• FOLLOW COMPANY CONTENT GUIDELINES AND ADAPT CONTENT TO THE TARGET AUDIENCE.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and readability.
• Update and refresh existing content to maintain relevance and align with SEO best practices.
• Assist in developing content for email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
• Be highly proactive and keen in researching new topics and gathering relevant information.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks simultaneously.
Editing and Quality Assurance:
• Proofread and edit content to enhance structure, flow, transition, grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company requirements.
• Review eLearning materials for instructional integrity and learner engagement.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with team members to produce cohesive and impactful content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to content strategies.
