Travel Content Writer/Junior Content Writer
As an ideal candidate, you will help write and produce content for all TravelTriangle's content
requirements including, but not limited to, product descriptions, itineraries details, holiday
packages details, blog, marketing content, corporate information etc., to help expand our
company’s digital offline footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. In addition to
outstanding writing skills, this role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the
ability to conduct research while weeding out relevant information.
This position will be responsible for successfully developing technical content to be used and
distributed across a variety of channels and will support all marketing content initiatives to
ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience. In
addition, they would be responsible for firm-wide content maintenance and continual
improvement. You will be challenged to the core as you will be writing about attractions, events,
and experiences based on extensive research from reliable sources.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
● Create and publish engaging content (not limited to product descriptions, brochures
leaflets, posts, proposals, ghostwriting, ad messaging, video scripts, website content,
and presentations, etc.)
● Edit, proofread, and improve other writers’ content. (This comes with time and
experience.)
● Work closely with the team to help relay the message visually as well as contextually.
● Ensure content reflects the tone, style and branding message of our firm and
strengthens the firm’s position in the marketplace.
● Responsible for outlining and training on best practices for content development.
● Help manage the collection and maintenance of content within the firm’s content
management platforms.
● Keep, organize and preserve all content produced in Google Drive.
● Plan and schedule content production plan as per marketing, operational, and business
development requirements.
● Optimize content according to SEO.
● Ensure legal compliance with respect to copyright and data protection.
● Create content strategies that meet customer needs and business goals.
Person Specification:
The right candidate will enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.
They will be a team player who will conduct thorough research on industry-related topics,
generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. They
should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and also be passionate about furthering
their career into digital marketing.

● Prior experience with online marketing and lead generation (optional)

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in, Journalism, Communications, or any other related degree.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of prior blogging, or content writing experience is a must. At least 1 year of
writing experience should be in the travel and tourism industry
