Job Discription:
Manager Knowledge Management primary responsibility is to manage the Content and Content Delivery of the Institution.
He is engaged in the development, creation and editing of content for various certifications and training program.
Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content and e- learning including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc.
Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through web-based, instructor-led and virtual classroom learning formats.
Responsibility:
Evaluate the Current Content and suggest ways to improve.
Create a Standard Operation Plan (SOP) for Content Developers.
Support prepare the content structure for certification program.
Create and manage the content preparation/prepared.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments on content creation/development/idea.
Support to the academic queries.
Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content
