Job Description:-

We seek a dynamic and versatile Content Writer and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice, engaging with both internal employees and external audiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :
• Embrace and adapt our brand voice to engage with internal employees and external audiences across various platforms, including our website.
• Write/ Edit/proofread all kinds of content
• Research and stay up-to-date in the market for blogs, case studies, and website content.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with our brand identity
• Adapt your writing style to meet the needs of our brand and target audience
• Maintain impeccable grammar and punctuation to deliver content that is both informative and polished
• Work closely with the designer, and developer to get the content designs and publish them on time as per the calendar.
• Work closely with design, and product development teams to develop copies across various digital platforms.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content

Social Media Management:
• Research and draft social media content in line with company requirements.
• Collaborate with different teams within the organization to align social media content with company initiatives
• Collaborate with external vendors and provide them with the necessary information and assets to support social media campaigns.

Community Management:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address community concerns and improve user experience.
• Provide leadership in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media management.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
