Content Writer and Editor

What would you be required to do?
• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Writing clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Proofreading and edit blog posts before publication
• Submitting work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinating with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conducting simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promoting content on social media
• Identifying customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Updating website content as needed
• Providing assistance, blog writing, press releases

What skills are we looking for?
• Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent communication skills- written and verbal in English
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Ability to meet deadlines  Excellent communication skills- written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
