Roles And Responsibilities
• Technical [SEO, PPC, PR, ORM, lead generation, email marketing]:
• Responsible for increasing organic traffic via Search Engine Optimization
• Perform research about industry trends to create content relevant to audiences
• Build and execute test strategies, including A/B multi-variant email testing, to drive qualified traffic and leads
• Align creative direction with the strategic goals of a company
• Plan, execute monitor ROI on ad campaigns- Domestic International

Tech And Automation
• Create new automation strategies and get them implemented.
• Get changes made to the website [acc to UI/UX and SEO] and handle AMC
• New market expansion and growth:
• Create fresh strategies to expand globally
• Add new services in accordance with the brand {translation, transcription, etc}
• Organize events and webinars with well-known personalities
• Increase marketing ROI of the company
• Conduct market research to find new avenues, understand customer needs and interests.

Budgeting Profitability
• Choose vendors with best rates and quality services.
• Work and implement strategies to acquire more free leads.
• Create partnerships for marketing
• Determine fixed and variable expenses and make a budget planner accordingly.

Skills And Qualifications Required
• Bachelors/Masters degree
• 3+ years of experience working in the marketing industry.
• People management, deadline-oriented, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Leadership, strong decision making, and conflict management.
• Project management and technical skills [like SEO, PPC ads, SMM, etc]
• Delegating tasks to other employees, monitoring, mentoring, and motivating
