About this opportunity:

At Ericsson, we currently have an exciting opening for a full-time MS Broadcast Operations role. The applicant will mainly be tasked with collating schedules into a specific database and crafting high-quality programme / series synopses. Additional responsibilities involve editing, sourcing, and uploading images for usage across Electronic Programming Guides (EPGs), catch-up and video-on-demand (VOD) technologies, different kinds of platforms, websites, and press sites.
What you will do:

- Consolidate metadata and manipulate the database.

- Collect schedules, programme details, and imagery from broadcasters, agencies, or websites for the assigned channels. Record fundamental schedules, programme details, and images into the database in line with in-house style and client-specific mandates.

- Develop links between corresponding programmes to initiate series recordings.

- Integrate series and episode numbers, content tags, and all necessary metadata to the brands, series programmes and images.

- Upgrade imagery in the database as per standards and styles.

- Uphold exemplary performance in sourcing images for a wide range of providers, demonstrating proficiency in sophisticated research methods for image sourcing.

- Correlate internal program IDs accurately with third party IDs.
