Content and Social Media Marketing Intern

We’re a bold, creative, and slightly spicy boutique marketing agency specializing in FB, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands. At Spicey Guava, we don’t do boring things. We help businesses stand out with scroll-stopping visuals and smart strategy. We’re currently a team of two and we’re on the hunt for a passionate, creative, and detail-obsessed.

Role Responsibility
• Manage client social media accounts end-to-end, including planning content calendars, scheduling, and posting across platforms.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute social media posts (static, carousel, stories, reels).
• Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each brand's tone and messaging.
• Shoot and edit content, particularly short-form video for Reels and stories
• Develop shoot plans and creative briefs for clients, and coordinate with the Head Of Social for execution
