Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
We're on a mission to wow customers and help them travel confidently across Auckland. We have a great opportunity in our friendly Contact Centre team assisting Aucklanders and visitors to our city with their journeys as Contact Centre Representatives!
You'll have a wide range of contacts with Customers who connect with us via phone, chat, Twitter, Facebook and e-mail. As part of this amazing team based out of our Auckland City office, you'll also have the opportunity to work from home. Working fulltime (permanent 40hrs per week) on a flexible roster including weekends, from both office and from home, we'll ensure you're fully prepared to WOW customers through our great training program.
So, if you are looking for a VIBRANT and CHALLENGING opportunity to develop and grow as well as have a great impact on customers, then we're looking for you to join the team as a Customer Care Representative (Contact Centre).
In this role you will work on a five weekly rotational roster, scheduled to work eight and a half hours per day between the hours of: Mon to Fri - 06:00am to 08:00pm and Sat, Sun Public Holidays - 08:00am to 06:30pm
