Role: Contact Centre Representative


Location: Mount Waverley, VIC


Rate: $29.85/hour + Super


Hours: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri


Operating Hours: 8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT


Start Date: Monday, 15th September 2025


This role is based in our Mount Waverley office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available after 3 months' tenure.

Vervoe Assessment – Along with assessing your previous experience, our recruitment process includes an online skills assessment from Vervoe. The Vervoe assessment gives you the opportunity to complete a sample of job-related tasks, offering you a glimpse into what it's like to work in this role while allowing us to see your skills in action beyond your resume.

Save the Date! After completing the Vervoe assessment, successful applicants will be invited to our in-person Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 20th August 2025 at our Mount Waverley HQ!

Supported Induction:
Kick off your journey with 6 weeks of comprehensive training with ongoing support during your first 4 months:

2 weeks in the classroom
4 weeks in a hands-on "nesting" period, with expert trainers and coaches by your side
E-Learning cross-skilling to set you up for success as a National Contact Centre Agent
Work Remotely for Late Shifts:
If rostered for Late shifts (10am-6pm or 11am-7pm AEST / 12pm-8pm AEDT) which are fully remote after 3 months' tenure, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, you'll need:

A quiet, ergonomic home setup
Dual screens and a reliable high-speed internet connection
A computer or laptop
Hybrid Working Options:
Daytime shifts (8am-5:30pm) are initially worked from the office, with the option to transition to a hybrid model after 3 months.
