Responsibilities
• Assist in the construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties.
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of construction practices.
Experience
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• A valid driving licence is beneficial for transportation to various job sites.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry is a plus.
