About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time based at our Condamine Feedlot.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and auditing a range of systems including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Training, Environmental, Animal Welfare, and Quality assurance.
You will be a detail-orientated individual who is able to multi-task and prioritise tasks as needed. You will also have a genuine interest in the agricultural industry and are enthusiastic to learn.
Other requirements of the role include:
Monitor and facilitate all WHS measures on-site
Identify, promote and develop training solutions for established gaps
Develop, monitor, and administer environmental requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
Monitor, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance systems
Ensure animal welfare best practice is upheld.
About You
Qualification in or ability to obtain Certificate III in WHS
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated computer skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Previous feedlot experience (desirable).
