- Strong Knowledge of Company Law, GST Laws, and other Tax Registrations
- Passion for Intellectual Property Law
- Exceptional Communication and Drafting Skills
- Proactive and Eager to Learn, willing to take initiative beyond routine tasks
- Fluent in both Professional English and Hindi
- Located in or willing to work in New Delhi
- Stipend: Competitive (5k to 8k)

As a CS Intern at Professional Utilities, you will:
- Undergo training for managing Private Limited Company affairs
- Join a reputable consultancy firm known for its excellence
- Adhere to compliance guidelines meticulously
- Maintain a high level of proficiency with MS Office tools
- Contribute visionary ideas to foster business development by understanding clients' needs
- Show responsibility in acquiring and retaining clients
- Participate in face-to-face meetings and client interactions
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong drafting skills, and a quick learning ability
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
