Complex Injury Claims Specialist
About the Role
The Complex Injury Claims Specialist provides expert advice on complex injury management cases and collaborates closely with the business to develop and implement employee-centred programs, ensuring a safe workplace and applying early intervention strategies to address challenges related to workers' compensation and injury management matters.
This role requires a compassionate and experienced professional with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and standards of practice from Insurance and Care NSW, the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), and SafeWork. They will have a solid working knowledge of the Workers Compensation Act 1+87 and the Workplace Injury Management and Compensation Act 1++8.
We are seeking someone who can demonstrate a high level of empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive cases, ensuring that clients receive the support and assistance they need during challenging times.
A highly regarded experience in managing medically complex, litigated, or severe injury claims will be highly regarded.
