Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis Chef at Mahindra Holidays Resorts India Ltd. The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen. The Commis Chef will work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the overall dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
• Culinary Skills and Cooking experience
• Knowledge of Food Preparation and Hygiene practices
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Formal culinary education or certification is a plus
