Responsibilities:
Assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
About You:
Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (restaurant background preferable)
Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
Skilled in time management and organisation
