Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for the function kitchen kitchen apprentice chefs, kitchen hands and cooks in the absence of other senior chefs, administering all phases of the kitchen operation ensuring that the kitchen is according to the company’s operational and financial standards. Responsible for providing a product that exceeds our guest expectations, whilst maintaining PAP standards
• Execute the Menu Dishes as per Chefs Ordering
• Assit. The CDP/Sous Chef in Training the staff for production according to company Kitchen Standards
• Inventory, Availability of Menu and food Production Planning Daily Basis
• Understand the importance of FSSAI Standards
