Our Denver Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects. This role requires strong analytical and mathematical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the construction industry. This position is vital to ensuring the success and profitability of construction projects in the Denver area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates
• Prepare detailed take-offs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering suggestions
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids to clients
