Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, specializing in commercial painting projects. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, providing detailed quotes, and ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
• Analyze blueprints and project specifications to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project scope and pricing.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for estimates.
• Review and compare supplier and contractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update estimating databases and pricing models as required.
• Provide support in negotiations and contract discussions with clients.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial painting sector.
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
