Voice Process Collections

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as complete Voice (Collection Process) executives for our Night Shift.

Salary- upto 26k

Location : Malad (Mumbai)

#Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via call in a timely and accurate manner

* Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant team for resolution

* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process changes

* Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines Requirements:

* Excellent written and talking communication skills in English

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously

* Willingness to work in Night Shift

Qualifications:

* Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

* Ability to adapt and learn quickly

* Should have atleast 24 months of International BPO experience for SSC pass

* HSC pass with atleast 18 months of BPO experience

* Graduates should have atleast 12 months if experience
